When using this website you accept these Terms of Use. When you do not, you will be banned permanently from this website or taken legal action against. So we suggest you read these rules carefully.

Newanz has every right to change, remove or add rules to this Terms of Use without informing you. The effects on those changes will go active as soon as they are changed. So on the Forums new posts and new topics that not follow the Terms of Use will be deleted or changed. We suggest you read these rules once in a while to remember how it needs to go here. Newanz is for informational reasons only. Hereby we will help visitors when they ask. This will be given by the Staff or other users on this website. You can not "steal" any images, downloads, applications, tutorials, projects and claim them for your own. You can download certain files when this is made avaliable on the website, this means you still need to follow the Terms of Use.

The quality of this website and all given information belongs to Newanz and we will not tolerate any unauthorized use. Newanz will not be held responsible for any technical failure on our server or your computer. We try to garantee a safe use, but when not, we will not be held responsible.

Newanz has the right to change, delete, disable user access (temporary or permanent) to any part of the site without giving reasons why. This may be asked, but we don't garantee any answer.

When you register on a service of Newanz we will likely ask for your personal information. The information we collect is treated privately and will not be misused or selled to other company's.
The information will be used to improve our website and create anonymous statistics about our website and website trafic. We will not email you if you have not agreed to recieve emails from Newanz. Any information given to you on the website of Newanz is copyrighted to Newanz. Spreading the information given to you is not allowed. The only way you may spread information given to you on the website of Newanz is to always remain the copyright on the information and putting a link to the original page on Newanz.

Any downloads given to you on the website of Newanz is also copyrighted to Newanz. Claiming it for your own is not allowed and you may only spread it if you keep the copyright intact. As for the Applications which you can download of the website, read the [page/terms-of-use-for-application]. We do not like you spreading any applications from another location than from here. Because here there is a garantee that the original file is given.

Stealing images that are avaliable for you on this website is not allowed, you should respect the hard work put in these images and try to make them on your own. We will watch for any not allowed use of these images closely and stop any not allowed use on other websites. You may only use them when keeping the copyright intact. B. Newanz Forums

Some parts of the forums are visible for all users, some are not. Spamming in these sections is of course not allowed and when this happens a lot we will warn you and when you do not stop, we will have to bann you, by name and/or IP address. Any form of other spamming, showing non all age things, spreading porn, flaming and hacking will not be allowed and we will bann you eventually for it.
The downloads on the forums, submitted by forum users/visitors, is not responsibility of Newanz. When inappropriate content is uploaded to our forums, we will try to remove it from our forum as soon as possible and we won't be responsible for any trauma given to you or your children by this. If it is in our power we can take action against the person responsible for this. We can however can not give you personal information unless we are instructed by an authorized power.
