2009, a new year with new opportunities.2009, a new year with new opportunities.Jan 06th, 2009 at 20:30:00
2009, a new year. So much to do, so much to decide and so much to complete. Where to start? School. I will first finish up my school project and then start my second and last internship. This will take around 6 months and in that time I will hopefully learn new stuff to use in Newanz. But in this time I will of course continue Newanz projects.
Can't say that there will anything big happen soon, but hopefully later on in 2009 some projects like EPT 5 and NewsOffice will be done.
For everyone I haven't said it to, yet.
All a happy 2009!

I will be gone with the holidays, to a country near singapore: vietnam. I will travel through it for about two weeks and then I will be back in the start of januari 2009. Meaning I will be "celebrating" christmas and new year overthere.
So as I will not be able to update the website in that time Newanz will be stuck with this snow-y like logo. No fireworks this year, didn't bought them either.
Last years logo with fireworks
Just in case I will take my iPod Touch along to check upon the website to see if any one needs help or whatever. But don't expect to be helped in these two weeks with anything. Newanz will go in a kind of hibernation mode, still open to pulic tho.
So now: Merry Christmas and a Happy 2009!

I made a new logo, see above. Nothing special, just added some "snow like" filters over the previous logo and removed a lens flare layer (as it messed up the snow). It's just for getting in the mood for holidays. Ah yeah speaking of which; I will be away, again, to some distant far east country. Will leave end of december and come back start of january, but more about that later.
NewsOffice 2 is doing good. It got some start-up trouble, but is now running smooth. Found some people who have NewsOffice on their website. How? Our admin panel and Google perhaps? See this Google NewsOffice search.
It's good to see people using it!
