NewsOffice 2.0.3 Beta released!

Just like that I have a week no news posts and now two in one week.
Special occasion: NewsOffice 2.0.3 Beta is just done.

Changes in this Maintenance release:
- 3 bug fixes, mainly for Linux.
- 2 new javascript written "featuers", quite small ones.
- Re-added manual override for owner of host to reset passwords.

1 bug remains, but that's only when updating NewsOffice thinks you are still using 2.0.2 Beta. If you are bothered by it you should logout and login again. This fixes it and will make it not return untill the next update, which hopefully solves this.

I kind of forgot about posting a new news message this week, I was a little busy.

No news doesn't mean that there is actually nothing to tell...

NewsOffice 2.0.3 Beta

It's time for another version of NewsOffice. 2.0.3 Beta has been collecting dust on my development server for some time now. Only when lcrimail emailed me that he had a problem again I resumed development. There are still a lot of features planned for the full release of NewsOffice.

2.0.3 Beta however will not contain any new features. It's a maintance release.

EPT 5

Ah yes, EPT 5 again. I am planning a lot of JavaScript features and a new design, but I don't think it will be done anytime soon. Development on EPT 4 has been stopped and there is very little time to continue development on EPT 5 right now.

Why? Well I am on internship (again) for the next 5 months. I hardly have time to do anything else right now and I don't want to be stuck on my room the whole time. So first things first and EPT 5 isn't it. It will be done in 2-7 months, which is very large time period...

Still Alive

Updates from the field?
Nah not that much... I have been working this whole week on EPT 5 and I must say it's going pretty well. Still not done, but I am working on the forums now and then some clean-up. After that comes the difficult task of redesigning...

I noticed I haven't lost my touch when it comes to graphical work. After 2 hours of work I completed another art work. Because I am to busy to go through the upload process not build in Newanz EPT 4 I have uploaded it to deviantART instead. There you can view my latest work called "Still Alive" and "Still Alive - No Emotion". On the EPT 5 release I will include these in the new gallery system..

Oh damn did I just say that out loud?
