I have just made some new wallpapers. A restyle of Windows XP Media Center background. I thought it was boring so I restyled it to make it look nicer Laughing .
Also I made a serie of colored shapes on a white background. They are very stylish, peacefull and not filled with a lot of special effects. While designing I kept in mind that sometimes simpel is better.
We have 2 sizes: 1280 * 1024 and 1280 * 800. So desktop users and laptop users can both view them in the right resolution.

The names are very basic Wink
Gallery - Shaper Serie

When you get the image directly; right click and press save image to download it to your computer.
For all wallpapers go to Gallery.
Update 20/02: I just couldn't leave the Shaperz Serie alone untill I had made a green wallpaper. So that's why "Five" is now added. Again Enjoy! Laughing
Update 19/02: I have added a new Wallpaper to the Shaperz Serie with the name, very predictable, four. Enjoy!

Today we finnished a first Release candidate of NewsOffice. This is not for public use, we have installed it on the website and are going to distribute it to our testers. We hope to finnish it end of february. The version that is currently installed on the Newanz webserver is RC1, made from the latest project files. When we finish the Final 1.0 version we can also test our upgrade system, which is avaliable from version RC1, to update to the latest version.

All we need to do is some functionality for some systems, test for bugs and make a new layout. We do this when all the functionality is done, so we know what to make while still have a good user interface.

Some bugs might exists, or better said do exist, in the installation of NewsOffice currently installed on Newanz. We hope you will not misuse them in any way and if you want report them to us through the Contact form
Thank you for reading,

Newanz Staff

Update 16/02 We have send the Release candidates to most of our testers and will get feedback shortly. When we get response of most of our testers we will begin tweaking and repairing.

We are currently spending much of our time to one of our latest projects NewsOffice. But we also had time to fix a number of problems on the website.
  • Contact and Request forms
    • Now data is saved a session so if you typed something wrong in the form, it will be put back when you return to the form.
    • The request form seem to had a problem by approving the message when it was not correctly filled. Because of this we didn't got some of the messages.
  • NewsOffice project page
    • We corrected some information and added some warnings.
    • Details about features for Version 1.0 are added.
  • Then again about NewsOffice, we are almost done. The upload system needs to be finnished and we are working on the author pages. But that's all that needs to be completed so we will be releasing Version 1.0 RC1 or Final soon, with extension untill end of february. When it is done we will give official support for the application.
