Rewritten main code to support .Nzr, you could almost call it ".Nzr news manager".
Finally a fully working updater, but this time without the javascript animated message introduced in NewsOffice 1.1.
Ability to add a news post to mulitple categories.
Advanced user manager; new: add groups and ability to change user permissions for groups.

Improved plugin system with the .Nzr database to save plugin data for the navigation and permissions.
