Registering Issue

So I've successfully installed NewsOffice, I've posted a news entry and implemented the news_office.php on my website. Only issue I am having is, when a new user wants to register to comment on news entries, the register page isn't fully working. You can input your username, email, password.. but when you click 'Register' nothing happens. A little confused as to why this is happening, all permissions are set to 777 and the status of all files/directories are Correct in the system status page. Anyone have any related issues, or solutions?

A little more information about your problem might help.
What do you mean by nothing? A blank page or not getting an email telling you that you have registered. To see if someone has registered you can open up the file "newsoffice/data/info/users.nzr" and see if there is a new line with another account there. If not the account is not getting registered at all. Welcome to Newanz by the way. Hope I can be of any assistance and help you out here. Last updated: Oct 24th, 2009 at 00:27:01

Sorry, by nothing I meant it literally just doesn't load anything. It stays on the same register page with all the information that I input.
There's no activity when the register button is clicked. Doesn't redirect me to a "Thank you for registering" or no email is sent to the given email address. I've checked the users.nzr file and there is no new line with another account. Just the existing ones created from the NewsOffice panel. If you need any more information, I'll be glad to give it. Thanks for your time and warm welcome. Last updated: Oct 25th, 2009 at 02:11:25
